Phone Conversation to Introduce and consult with the client to get ideas and information about type of property and type of audience they desire to bring in.  Discuss Design Materials Checklist with client.  Define main pages.  Define main Navigation and navigation text as it is to appear.    The designer will also perform any other research they may need in designing the new website.  Talked with Ben about quote and design materials. Sent confirmation e-mail to client.
